WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. response to Russian meddling and disinformation campaigns has not deterred Moscow’s activities, a top intelligence official said Tuesday. “They haven’t paid a price, at least, that’s sufficient to getting them to change their behavior,” Adm. Mike Rogers told Congress.
